I recently read a blog asking if you would rather be fit or thin. And I can truly say that I would rather be fit! I love the way my body moves and feels when I am doing simple things like climbing stairs or playing on the floor with my grandkids.
This morning I got to witness an example of the difference between thin and fit.
I was at a total body workout and standing next to me was this beautiful 5'10" blond weighing no more than 120 - 130 lbs. And here I am a 5'4" weighing in at 171 (or so).
As we worked out I would catch her out of the corner of my eye and notice that she was struggling or just plain stopping where I breezed through it.
Oh YES! I would rather be fit.
