Not much to report today. I walked my mile this morning after my girl got on her bus. I actually did my workout this morning! I haven't been for whatever/no reason but today I made myself do it before I moved on to cleaning up. emoticon

Good thing I was cleaning up, though! The apartment manager came back to follow up on my cleaning since Wednesday. Seriously, it's not that messy in here! He's coming back on Monday to make sure my clothes are in my hamper instead of on the bathroom floor and the toys are put away. I seriously dislike working with new people. They're either clueless or trying to prove something. This guy might just be both. emoticon

I went to a sewing machine store today, too. The last time I tried to use a sewing machine it was so intimidating! I had no idea what I was doing. These seem more like little computers with thread printers. Now I HAVE to take a class! emoticon

I had planned to go back to the store where my crafts are displayed to see if she sold anything at her haunted event last night. But I didn't make it today. Hopefully tomorrow will be another beautiful day and I can take 1 or 2 kiddos for a walk. emoticon

And, omg!, the sky was so weird today! It was just so hazy! The sun was bright but I couldn't see the tree tops or the mountains! Apparently wind storms in Nebraska, Kansas, and Oklahoma stirred up a huge dust plume that has settled over the Tennessee Valley. Hopefully it'll clear up soon! emoticon

So I had more to say than I thought I did when I started emoticon I make no excuses! I just love to ramble! emoticon Plus these emoticons are just way too much fun emoticon

Have fun out there! emoticon emoticon emoticon

I gotta say, it's pretty annoying! He's supposed to come again in the morning and if he still has a problem I'm going to consult an attorney. Georgia really doesn't have a lot of renter's rights type laws but in no way is my housekeeping damaging the unit or rendering it uninhabitable or endangering the health and safety of my family or neighbors. In fact, my neighbors endanger MY health and safety because I can't open my balcony door for fresh air without cigarette smoke filling my living room causing me migraines, asthma attacks, and, if I'm really lucky, a sinus infection! emoticon

Weird that the landlord comes in to criticize your housekeeping. If your rent is paid, you should have privacy to live as you please. I keep my own clothes under control, but don't look at how my daughter keeps hers! Yikes! Happy sparking!

I honestly don't believe they have the right to comment about your home. Unless it is a nursing home where they have the need to clean your room because you can't, then they have no right to say anything about reasonable clutter. Their job is not to police the look of your home, only how you affect neighbors' homes or create lasting problems for the building (such as putting holes in the walls, tearing up the floor, breaking windows, breaking appliances with misuse, etc).
