Well, Once you have a baby, you had better get used to nothing ever being predictable again!!
I'm sure that's in a book somewhere. Since the low Vitamin D diagnosis I have been taking my own OTC vitamins. I never took the 50,000 IU. It seems so drastically high and I can't ever get anyone on the phone at my OBGYN if I have questions. So I'm going to get a second opinion with a PCP. So far, when I get at least 8 straight hours, plus one additional nap, I'm ok. So I'll see what another doc will say.
Almost forgot to mention. I have been sick with a virus I caught from my son who had the croup all week. Whew! All I can say is I'm glad the week was over.
This week I'm at my parent's house with my baby while my husband is working in Canada.
I am in training for a new work from home call center job. Had to. Apparently my student loans found me and I have to make a car payment on loans starting next month for the next 21 years. Yay! Since I owe $8000 in medical bills with one in collections because of Joey's newborn hospital stay plus house payments, credit debts etc. I knew my days as a non working stay at home mother was numbered. I've got two jobs lined up and I'll be in training through December but I should start working in November. Other than that I'm still selling on ebay and I love that but I still have lots to learn. I had plans to start a business in my area but I could be a ways from that until I can get some debts paid down. I am trying to avoid putting Joey in daycare because it would cost nearly $500 per month. So I have to begin making 800 per month right off the bat with loan payments and daycare. So I'm trying to see if I can use the services of part-time daycare and the help of my hubby......uh yeah we'll se how that goes
Diet...ptthh I have had no time to plan anything so I'm going to get some help. I've recruited the help of an online personal trainer. I've received my first week of meals so far. I gotta admit, I'm not pleased with the low caloric daily totals. Some days are below 1200. I don't know how you can workout in a gym and eat so little. I guess it has worked for some but not a lady with a baby. There's no way. I'm going to give his meal plan a week but I'm going to add in one additional snack. Something dense and sugar free like protein brownies or something.
Soo tired right now! Joey basically did not fall asleep until midnight, woke up at 5, and then 9 and then I napped with him from 11-1. I stayed up til 2 as usual. That's my only me time. Hopefully the gym will help me get some more me time. I start next week.
