Yes - the weather grows cooler and the daylight diminishes and soon it will be necessary to do more of my exercise inside. What am I doing to work toward that and to prepare for 2013?
This weekend I will make a definite effort to re-arrange some furniture and create appropriate spaces inside the house to accommodate me working out more to DVDs in the living room.
I am going to commit to tracking more thoroughly - every day, and see if I can make that work over the next several weeks.
I am starting on an overall "PLAN" for myself to include daily commitments to accomplish certain specified things.
More to be revealed as I get it figured out.
