Revamp and Recharge

It is 6 wks into BLC20 and it is time to reflect, revamp and recharge. That is what I plan to do!
Reflect: I found myself slipping back to the bad habit of nibbling while making lunch and not counting it on my tracker.

Revamp: It is time to stop the nibbling. Today was was hard, I wanted to nibble while making my lunch, but I resisted. Once I do it more and more, it won't be a temptation. I am going to unlearn that behavior right here and now!

Recharge: By being honest with myself will help me get back to where I need to be!

The older I get the slower my metabolism gets. I have to be aware of every morsel of food I put in my mouth! So no nibbling allowed!
