I made this statement at the beginning of BLC, and it still applies today.
I DON'T MAKE EXCUSES! I MAKE PROGRESS!
My life is still as topsy turvy as it was when I wrote my 12 week plan, but I must say I have followed my plan EVERYDAY~ I have followed the schedule I set.
I have "rested" on Wednesdays, except for light workouts. I have done every TNT with full body ST, and 30 minutes of cardio/5 minutes of stretching. I have worked out for at least 60 minutes of cardio on Fridays, often more minutes. I have incorporated ST on Saturdays, and Mondays to get in my 3 times a week full body ST along with more cardio/stretching. Sundays again I have stuck to get in 60 minutes, I think I ONLY fell short of this goal ONE day since BLC started. Tuesdays I have gotten in my LCW, with a great amount of minutes.
I am loving our Nutrition focus as a team. I have been very GOOD at tracking, well OK until this week. I missed a few days, but TODAY is a NEW day!!! I am READY to start again! I am ready to avoid that mid-round SLUMP! Are you?
I AM definitely in it for the LONG haul because I have a LOT to live for!!! Count your blessings~ YOU ARE WORTH IT!
