I got the treadclimber today!

I'm about to change into my workout clothes and take it for a spin once I finish this episode of the Vampire Diaries [I'm still catching up on last season, shhh]. But a few initial observations:

-it's HEAVY and I hope I never have to move this thing ever again. Getting it across the yard and up a flight of stairs was a lot of work and I'm surprised my back didn't get hurt, honestly.
-it's not as big as I thought it might be, but it still does take up a good chunk of space in my exercise room. I'll have to reconfigure the room for doing my more spacious workout dvds.
-there's a big, flat tray/display that seems to be PERFECT for my laptop, so I can internet/watch netflix/"work" while exercising!
-assembling it was actually really simple, but I couldn't have done it by myself so I'm glad that my aunt stuck around for that
-it comes with its own heart rate monitor [Polar as well] but it's not as comfortable as mine and as long as I don't have any problems with using my own HRM, I'm just going to stick with that
-I'm really excited to try it out!

I just searched treadclimber through SP, and I'm wondering how you liked it. I've been looking into getting one, but i keep reading mixed reviews. Did it help you lose more weight?

I had to google what a TreadClimber was.... the picture didn't do it justice, I found a video of one working! (you can find ANYTHING on youtube! haha.) What an odd concept! I'm intrigued. What do you think of it?

Have never been able to read, internet, work, while on a treadmill. Intensity just doesn't allow it.
