The feature article today talks about how many crunches you can do within 60 seconds to determine your fitness level. I made it to.... 4!
I don't even register on the chart! I am below the "Needs Work" score. A year ago, this would have gotten me down about how I've let my body and fitness level deteriorate. I would just say "forget it", and binged or felt sorry for myself.
That's not how I feel today. It's a nice feeling to know that "this is where I am now, but this is not where I'll be next year!"
This is just the beginning.
