Night time is a struggle for me. Last night, I had two slices of bread, and 2 slices of cheddar cheese, that I didnt track. After following the plan all day.
I worked till 9:30 at the mall, when I got home, I was hungry. I was annoyed with my job.
I wasn't mindless eating, I did stop and ask myself if I was hungry.
I am feeling really guilty.
