I find that I get some hip tightness / soreness from running. I saw an article the other day that recommended these poses for hip flexibility:
-Pigeon pose
-Frog pose
-Hero's pose
-Standing forward bend
I intend to do them all at least once this week (probably several times), in addition to some other moves I already do. Love me some yoga.

Weekly Reflection:

Aside from the binge at the very beginning, I did really well this week! We are going out of town Sat and Sun, but I managed to pre-track meals and pack snacks, so it shouldn't derail me calorie-wise (although it might be more sodium than I'm used to). Because of this, I've weighed in early on Friday this week, and I lost weight despite the binge. YAY!
