Keep on swimming...

I am please to report that I got those pounds back off. I have spent the last several weeks fluctuating between 180 and 183. Today I weighed in at 179.7. Now I still exspect it to fluctuate a but but it was nice to break another "zone". This is going very slow, but I am being patient. I really think the slowness is a good indicator that I am really getting in shape and doing it right this time. I have been keeping a spreadsheet because we were doing a fitness challange at work. I have lost about 10 lbs in 5 months. I really can live with that if I keep it up. I have my goal weight at 165. I am still not sure how long it will take to get there or if I even will. Right now I am trying to focus on how I look and feel and I really don't want to be to "skinny" I want to be Fit.

    That is the way to look at it my friend. You are doing GREAT just be changing a few things in your life and actually focusing on it. I know you will reach your 165 goal because you are an amazing Catholic Critter like me. :)
