So it's no secret that work has gotten so rough that workouts have completely been out of the picture for about a month now, which really sucks. I started to get discouraged because for three straight weigh ins I was stuck at the same weight. I guess that it's better than gaining weight though. Finally I have lost some more weight and managed to get myself out of the 170's range! My coworkers are noticing the difference, and by now I've grown so used to my healthy eating that if I do splurge I feel a little rundown. My goal is to start working out again. I'm going to apply for a membership at one of the 24 hour gyms in town. Going to the gym af the rec center has it's disadvantages. It's the cheapest option, but they're always closed when I get off work now. My goal was to get down to 150 pounds by the end of the year. It's going to be hard, but I won't say it's impossible. We'll just have to see where my journey takes me. :)
