So this morning I weighed myself and found I was at 208. During the summer I got to 200 but never could seem to cross that line into the 190's. I got depressed about this and well have used a busy life to stop exercising, loose motivation and eat whatever I wanted.

After stepping on the scale this morning it finally clicked how I need to get all areas back up and going. So, the first thing I am going to do is give up soda. I have been drinking a lot of this. And even with the knowledge that it has been hurting my stomach (suffer from acid reflux and have to take meds for it) I still kept drinking it. So back to water, tea, or lemonade it is.

I have also started exercising in the morning again. Today I started with today's feature on exercise.
Wow, I am not good. I couldn't even reach the 6 inches. When that conclusion was reached I still didn't the crunches but didn't even bother to see how many I could do in a minute. My goal, to start doing a different crunch exercise. In a few weeks or a month I will come back and try the test again. Hoping I can reach the 6 inches mark.

I am starting off small instead of guns a blazing. When I do the later I ultimately fail.
