Fall down 6 times, get up 7

I have been gone for quite a while. I've known that I needed to get back to eating better and exercising and I used all the excuses - work long days, too tired, etc. but I took a good look at myself today and realized that being unhealthy is taking its toll on me. I'm tired all the time and it even shows in my face at this point.

I'm in the Northeast, winter is coming (hey to Game of Thrones fans!!), I'm not a big fan of winter sports so I know more weight gain will be coming if I don't actively do something about it.

Today I discovered the Android app for sparkpeople and it excited me because I really think having it so readily available will help me to get on, and stay on, track. So here's to getting up again and taking the first step in being successful!

    Good for you! I'm back to SP as well after a long absence and some backtracking. You seem to have the right mindset. Find something indoors that you can do and enjoy for exercise. Congratulations on recommitting to your goals!
