100 lbs. In 300 Days - Day Twenty-four

Not much of a day. I spent half of it sleeping on the couch, icing my leg and half of it amusing myself with the computer. I did manage (with the help of the kids) to start crate training Dozer. It seems to be working out well. He responds well to his crate.
On the food front, I did fine. I met my calorie goals again. For breakfast I had a juicy delicious Honeycrisp apple with some creamy smooth peanut butter. Lunch was macaroni and cheese, ham steak and some peas. And for supper, my daughter cooked, so I had spaghetti o's with hamburger in them! :) For a snack, I had half of a banana and a glass of milk. That was one of the tastiest things I had all day!
On the exercise front... no dice. Too drained from surgery, however rehabbing that knee has to start tomorrow, so you should be getting an exercise report pretty soon.... I hope. :)
I am starting to get away from the processed foods, thank goodness. It's still a struggle. They are so addicting, but I'm getting there. I just keep eating fewer of them each day. My goal for tomorrow is some PT and to start inching away from grains. I've got this!
In other news, I learned last night that my youngest son has been voted 'All Conference' for his soccer skills. I was very proud and happy!
