Keeping At It Even When I'm Not Feeling It

Lately I have been skimping on exercise, feeling down about it, and starting the next day being hard on myself.
What a ridiculous, unnecessary cycle!
Today I woke up with just as little motivation, but a change of attitude. I do not have to be perfect. A few days does not mean forever.
The result? I took a walk and felt terrific. I got on my exercise bike and didn't like it, but I didn't hate it either.
Just a little change of attitude can change your day, your week, your life!
