Keeping At It Even When I'm Not Feeling It

Thursday, October 18, 2012

Lately I have been skimping on exercise, feeling down about it, and starting the next day being hard on myself.

What a ridiculous, unnecessary cycle!

Today I woke up with just as little motivation, but a change of attitude. I do not have to be perfect. A few days does not mean forever.

The result? I took a walk and felt terrific. I got on my exercise bike and didn't like it, but I didn't hate it either.

Just a little change of attitude can change your day, your week, your life!

Best wishes!

Denise

Dr. Mercola has the 12 minute program, which works everything. Check out his video on YouTube. It is like a tabata workout.

Denise, ABSOLUTELY! Participation not PERFECTION. Something is so much better than nothing and often when you force yourself to move doing something you feel so much better having done so! I hope today you awaken feeling refreshed and reinvigorated!!!!!

For some, hearing "no" means "give up" and they do. For others, it means "try harder" and they do. Attitude and perception is for us to determine, even when things outside of us stand in our way.

Good for you Denise! An attitude adjustment can often make all the difference. Right, a few days is not forever unless you let it be! Thanks for sharing!
