Some of us don't wake up in the morning feeling like p diddy(how does that make sense anyway? does he wake up amped on coffee or something to feel amazing? haha ) some mornings you are laying in bed all nice and warm and comfy.. the alarm has already gone off... and there it is.. the temptation to say no i'm going back to sleep.. i don't need to work out today.. i've been consistent with everything this week.. one day wont hurt... that battle happens pretty often for me.. and i can tell you the "yes i can because i want to" attitude has won every time...and you know what? i feel even better for it! The positive thoughts and esteem that come with keeping that promise to yourself is better than any amount of sleeping in would accomplish.
I love the saying "i regret that workout"-said no one ever.. because it is so true! After each workout you have this sense of positive energy, or good juju as i call it. I almost can't really put it into words but i'm sure you all know what i am talking about after a good work out and you are all worn out but you feel amazing? Yes that feeling!
Life is good i am blessed in so many ways...and have gotten A's and B's on all my exams so far... i love you Sparkpeople! Hugs galore!
