I know I haven't posted in a few, but I'm still around.
I've been trying out a new gym. I've been there every day for different classes. So far, Turbo Kick, and Strength Training classes have kicked my butt!!!!
Anyway, I'm still stuck at 196. I think I'm eating too much to lose anything right now. I need to start watching again, but I definitely don't want to feel too restricted. I think the key is whole foods. I have to come up with a plan for easier meals that Casey and I will both eat. I hate to cook, but I think it is time to dig in and do it anyway. If I can get into a routine with it, maybe it won't be so bad.
I'd like to be in the 170s or at least low 180s by the end of the year. I am determined to beat Obesity!!!!
Still, I've maintained the 196 with only a little effort for nearly 6 months. I have to be proud of myself for that! But, there's more work to be done. I always feel so much better when I've been working out, and even better when I'm eating right. I need to remember that!
