With hard work and many self talks and no Carrie u don't need that i am down a good chunk this week 2.5 pounds. Keeps me towards my goal. I have to set a weight goal for 8 wks... What should it be? Something attainable.... Hmmmm thinking 15 pounds.....or is 12 more conservative? Do i want to be conservative or do i want to push? For myself i want the push...but to save embarrasment if i dont make it should i go 12..... Or dear i make up my mind... My aim is to lose 100 pounds in 12 months..my Best friend gets married then that would put me close to goal. Its all about making good on the goals.....My solution......

    My Dr. wan'ts me to lose no more than two pounds a week...we don't want me to go into starvation mode...that will lead to a plateau and then me falling off the proverbial wagon.
I think we need to give ourselves a little wiggle room in that two pound a week goal.
Just imagine how great you will look at that wedding!
My goal is my Daughters graduation in May, there will be several smallish social gatherings surrounding the event. She will be getting a Phd., I want to look acceptable. Which I wont....I weigh great deal now. But....I will look better than I do now.

Would sure like to encourage you to set a reasonable sensible weight loss
It is better to attain a weight loss that you can be proud of one rather than one you have to really stress yourself out about achieving
