Right now, all I want to do is eat. My normal breakfast time is 6am. That's ok. BUT today I had to drive my parents to the airport which left me eating lunch around 2pm. I had a big salad with lean chicken and no dressing, also ok. The problem comes from waiting 8 hrs to eat. All my body is telling me is that I need to keep eating because I must be starving myself. Food must not be readily available if I have to wait that long between meals! Strategy: Drink water and distract myself until dinner .... which is not that far away.
