Moving in the Right Direction.

It has been a few weeks since I have decided to take control of my weight. I have started to make healthier choices such as measuring my portions and eating more salads. I started taking my dogs for walks. I walk in the morning before work for about 15 minutes and also after work for 15 minutes. I have been eating salad for dinner and having a sugar free pudding cup to satisfy my sweet tooth in the evening. I have been trying to get to bed earlier too. I have not been able to drink more water yet but I am going to try and do that starting this coming week. I do feel better now that I have started making changes. I haven't lost any weight yet but then I haven't gained any more either. I just have to stick with it and eventually I will be able to see results. I just have to keep taking small steps toward my goals. Lorraine
