So, after a week of almost no activity, except running from location to location, I finally tried a run this morning. Turned out I ran, maybe, a total of 1 mile, but still covered the entire route of just over 3 miles.
Knee felt really good during the workout, but I'm getting a couple twinges here and there now that it's done, but nothing that has me really worried about Saturday's run. So, I'm thinking I'm still on track and I'm in the process of hunting down some KT Tape. Might have to break down and order it if I can't find it local, but the stuff is so expensive I'd rather not have to pay additional shipping-lol.
Thinking we just need time to get used to the big miles again and a little Physio Tape on the knee probably won't hurt it :).
Okay, gotta jet....SO MUCH to do today!! Stopping by later tonight to catch up with my friends I've been neglecting :). Oh, and hubs can rub my knee while I read :).
