I've been MIA for long enough

Thursday, October 18, 2012

Isaac turned 6 months old last week. And I have to admit I thought I would be back in shape by now, but sadly i am not. I think i have started over a dozen times between then and now. Even at one point attempting a master cleanse that only lasted 12hrs. I have had binge after binge. I have had a high of 205lbs and a low of 189lbs. The only thing i am proud to say is that i have maintained an average weight of 195lbs for 6months now.

Enough is enough. Im coming off of a 3 day chocolate fest and im simply just tired of it. Winter is coming up and i do not want to have to go buy a bigger pair of jeans. I have had excuse after excuse, some are pretty valid, but most are just me giving up way too fast.

We joined the local ymca which offers child care for both kids. Its a bit of a time crunch to get a work out done and back in time to get my daughter off to school, but i have got to do it. I have got to stop being lazy and take the harder route for a change.

I want my body back so bad! If I can make it through 30day I know it will get easier.

My goal is 15lbs and 3 days a week at the gym. It's time I focus a little on myself so that I can be a better mommy in the long run.

Short blog but its hard to type why holding a handsy baby :)

our trip to worlds of fun this past weekend
