I have recommitted to spark. I am determined that I am going to reach my goals in a healthy manner. I have set a long term goal of losing 113 pounds by January 17, 2015. My short term goal for this week is to make it a whole week sticking to my calorie range. Also to work in at least 10 minutes of exercise, to write in my journal and to eat at least 1 fresh fruit or vegetable. I am looking forward to what I will be getting from the spark coach lessons. I know that with God's help I can do this.
