Choose to make it!!!

Thursday, October 18, 2012

I need to just keep reading these positive re-enforcements everyday. Even though my mind and body are not in the place they should be, I will get there if I keep filling my mind with "healthy stuff" and my body with "healthy stuff". So the mind goes the body follows...
Tracking, doing a few more steps, stretching. being mindful of whagt I am doing to and with my body. These are small steps that keep me going in the right direction. It's the small things that lead to ultimate success.

Choose To Make It!

Donít wait or wish for something to make it all better. Get busy improving and enhancing life in your own unique way.

Donít depend on someone else to tell you what to do or how to do it. Find real enjoyment and fulfillment by working your own way through lifeís possibilities.

This is your life and it is filled with great promise. Take responsibility for it, take the initiative and take it to the next level.

Donít pin your hopes on outside factors over which you have no control. Instead, make life great by working diligently and passionately with whatever you have.

Experience life at its fullest by living it on your own terms. Work to solve the problems, work to reach your goals, and work to bring your dreams to life.

Life is precisely what you choose to make it. Choose to make it extraordinary.

ó Ralph Marston

Love the positive outlook on things. All in all, we can only control what we have control over... so that leaves it up to us!

And I love the pup! When I pull weeds, my dog thinks he needs to help and attacks small trees and snatches them up or the creeper vine he likes to drag around the yard after I pull them out of the ground. It's cute until he took out one of my transplanted maple trees! Not so happy with him that time.

I have to wonder if some of the Spark writers are getting their inspiration from Ralph. He certainly knows how to cut to the chase and get you thinking about actions to take!
I hope things are getting better for you and your hubby..
Take care of yourself!
