Back on Track

This has been a crazy week-- I haven't tracked for six days, and I am afraid to weigh myself. I got back on the wagon today-- did my exercise and I tracked my food. Now that I am back, I am wondering what was so hard about the last week-- but onward and upward! Hopefully, when I weigh myself on Friday it won't be too disastrous.

    I also weighed myself yesterday, and in spite of all the peanut butter, I still lost weight!

    I just did my meal planning-- now I have a grocery list for hubby tomorrow. It feels so good to get things back under control.
