Back on Track

This has been a crazy week-- I haven't tracked for six days, and I am afraid to weigh myself. I got back on the wagon today-- did my exercise and I tracked my food. Now that I am back, I am wondering what was so hard about the last week-- but onward and upward! Hopefully, when I weigh myself on Friday it won't be too disastrous.
