Aww crap! I love those. Don't even get me started.... They are probably loaded with fat & calories. Have you tried the Fiber One 90 calorie brownies or Oats & Chocolate Chewy bars (140 calories) yet? The texture on the brownie is odd, but the chocolate flavor is good, the chewy bars are freakin awesome! maybe something like that can help derail your cravings. Oh! And you can try the really high cacao Lindt indiviually wrapped chocolates. I like the 80%--it is 3 to a serving for 210 calories, but they are strong enough that one can be enough. 1381 days ago
Oh my! I have never had that one, but it looks really yummy. I still haven't found a way to fight a chocolate addiction (sometimes I can go weeks without it and then I have days I eat chocolate until I feel sick), but I read somewhere that brushing your teeth helps to keep you from binging. So maybe next time you want to eat a candy bar you can brush your teeth first and then you might not want one any more or it won't be as good.
