Well my Spark friends I am finally starting to feel a little better, just have coughing, and sneezing , boy it was a rough week!
I'm back into my exercise, and keeping a food log, I am finally back eating regular foods!
My small goals for this month are :
1..no sugar substitutes...17 days to date
2..Lose 3-5 lbs..2 lbs off so far
Each month I will tackle one thing to give-up, or control, the other is weight loss! Of course I am exercising daily, plus measuring portions etc!
So Happy to be feeling a little better, and getting back on track!
