Wednesday Weigh In

My weigh in was ok. I stayed the same as last week. I did not gain so that is AWESOME. I didn't lose but I didn't think I would. I have not been on track with eating or exercise. Life is pretty hectic right now. I hope to get back on track in the next week or so.

    I am 2 pounds up this morning. Every time I do my long runs! This time I run on Monday and Tuesday - 15 mile in total. I know that my weight gain is muscles or water - still very annoying! emoticon

    Staying the same is NOT a bad thing! This week will be better, right? RIGHT!?!?! Haha, kidding! I weigh in Friday, I'll let you know = )
