Knee stop hurting now.

Wednesday, October 17, 2012

I've been SO lazy. My knee has not been co-operating, at all. The interesting part is that it is not the knee I expect to hurt, it's my right knee. In motion it does not hurt. Going from still position to motion it hurts. Interior of the knee, immediately around the kneecap. One more day of rest and it goes back to work again on Thursday. Hope it feels better and hope I can figure out the solution. I have a lot of training to do.

Make your husband rub your leg over the calf and IT band. That usually works with my knee or foam roll it.

Good luck to you, I hope your knee stops hurting. Knee pain is something I struggle with, too. I hate it when my mind says go an my knee says no!

I read the first two sentences and thought your knee wasn't cooperating with being lazy! (I think it would be great if my whole body would act up when I was lazy) LOL..guess my brain is still sleeping.

Hope it is much better today! Don't feel guilty about taking a few days off, your body needs the time to heal properly.

Hang in there! emoticon

It's good that you are allowing it to heal.
