The frank point blank

Today it begins. The final step into my weight loss journey. blogging. I have dabbled into different diets and exercises and like everyone else tried everything, but never stuck to anything because of failure. It's so much easier to blame a diet or exercise that didn't tone properly or just didn't have time for than to truly take responsibility for your health and realizing hey maybe those 3 gummy bears I ate or that handful of goldfish wasn't the best option if I truly want to lose weight and keep it off.

Almost my entire life I have worried about my weight and had to hide it in clothes and make myself feel skinnier by dressing strategically or other tactics that work for a while, but there isn't true happiness. It's frustration.

Being the fat girl with a pretty face and great personality gets to you. But man all mighty does life make challeneges challenging. There are SO many things that add stress and take away time and get in the way that seem pretty legitimate during our lives. But we tend to live in a society of instant gratification and not really living in the now. We either revel in the past or hope for the future. It gets us stuck I feel doing both of these. Instead of focusing on the now and how truly intense our decisions of now can affect out future. Now that I am getting all philosophical it's time for the frank point blank. If you want something it will be yours if you put in time, energy, love , and motivation, as well as just enjoy the process. Success and failure go hand in hand..not everyday will you be able to run your best time or add more pushups than the day before. Get over it. accept that it's part of life and either man up or wollow in your sorrows. Poor me why can't I look like that? I CAN. Poor me I workout all the time and get results BE REAL HOW INTENSE ARE YOUR WORKOUTS? Poor me life is giving me to much to handle. DEAL WITH IT.

I feel like over the years as frustrating and annoying and agitating it has been, it has been a long process that has given me information in all areas needed to successful. I have learned about benefits of :

food journaling
not making excuses
workout programs and successful planning
organization - grocery lists meals prepared on sundays etc...
easy healthy cooking
not drinking excessively

These together in a nice collaboration are going to be the keys to unlock this horse sh*t body image that has been lingering far too long!

No more excuses about workout partners bailing
No more excuses about not having healthy food
No more excuses about it being too expensive to eat right
No more excuses about not having time to get in exercise
No more excuses about why the jeans are getting tight

Time for the frank point blank to drop excess baggage so I can get baggage that goes with the outfit..the new outfit of success!
