Almost Pizza for dinner

I sometimes get creative with my food and try to find a good, healthy substitute for favorites. I like cheese pizza but know the counts can be high. Well, tonight I decided to try to create an Almost Pizza for dinner. I took a Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Pita Bread spread on 2 Tablespoons of Market Pantry Traditional Spaghetti Sauce and topped it with 3 Tablespoons of store brand Fancy Shredded Parmesan Cheese since I didn't have Mozzarella. Microwaved for 1 minute and tada! Almost Pizza! It was yummy on top of being quick and easy (just not crispy). Next time I'm going to use an Oroweat Multi-Grain Thins (split in two) for the crust, I think that will be just as good if not better. I may try to microwave the crust a minute first to dry it out (and crisp it?) a little before adding the sauce, we'll see.
