Wow I've finished day # 52!!!
I'm surprised at myself! Who knew I was gonna make it this long? I'm so amazed!!! I'm making progress too! I'm currently down 15 pounds from when I started! Some of my clothes are starting fit a little more loosely! Which is always a GOOD thing.
Even though I felt as though I was slacking off, things got kind of busy with school starting back up for us. Job interview after job interview after job interview... finally I have a full time job. For the moment its only supposed to be until January. The girl I am "replacing" is out on maternity leave, and is supposed to be back in January. But the atty that hired me said that there is enough work for two people so the position could become permanent. We shall see. All I can do right now is prove that I am good enough to keep around permanently! That I can be a big help! I love the fact that I am back to work in a personal injury law firm. I know what I am doing when it comes to personal injury! Although this law office does things differently from the last one I worked in. But then again that's to be expected because all attorneys do things differently! But I'm just thrilled to be working again! I get paid EVERY week! Which is awesome! Now we can get our bills caught up and actually buy what we need grocery wise so we can have better meals and left overs for lunches!
This job has given my husband some relief. He's been the only person working for so long that he wasn't able to think about vacation or sick days b/c If he was out he didn't make money. So now there's a little cushion!!
Just because I got a job doesn't mean I've stopped working out or trying to keep track of my calories. I get up at the same time but now am dressed and out the door at 6:30 so I can get my work out done, shower and get to work on time! Lunches, well I pack that. Today was tuna salad sandwhiches and water. Nothing else! Breakfast was apple cinnamon instant oatmeal at the office! So I'm trying to keep the food on track! But I'll figure out how to make it all work. So far its not too bad! Just have to fit YMCA, Work, School and housework all into the equation of ONE day. Good gravy I don't know how some people do it with kids and everything the kids are into! I'd be plum exhausted every single night!!
