Had the most amazing weekend with hubby at Whitby. We did loads of walking, 20 miles on the Sunday via the coastal route into Robin Hoods Bay in the rain mostly. Didn't do any tracking of any kind this weekend but the site didn't have wifi, so even though I took the laptop with me I couldn't use it.
I ate healthily Saturday evening but had a couple of glasses of wine. I was naughty Sunday and had fish, chips and mushy peas but I didn't eat it all, I left most of my chips a bit of my fish and some of my peas, hubby had ice cream but I didn't, unfortunately Sunday evening we went into the club on the site and I had a few glasses of wine and a bag of dry roasted peanuts while playing darts and pool.
Monday I was very very naughty, I had a veggie breakfast then when we got into Whitby I had a small piece of choc fudge brownie and white chocolate cheesecake, I didn't eat lunch as I was still full from my breakfast and the bit of cheesecake. We came home Sunday evening and we stopped at a café on the way back, I don't know why but I had another piece of cake (lemon drizzle) why, oh why did I do that? Just to add insult to injury I had an Indian curry (veggie)
To be fair I still got loads of exercise through walking to, from and around Whitby on several occasions other that didn't get chance to exercise but I got back to it today.
Did a 2 hr 30 min gym session this morning and stayed on track with food. No sweet things. Don't know why I get so tempted when I'm away, it's a working progress.
