Ahh, but that's for another blog. This one's on my new daily writing exercise for the Fall 5% Challenge.
I remember having to do "exercises" like these during detention in grade school. It focused me then and using it again to help focus me here and now. I thought for sure I'd get some fried chicken the day after my original post but still have yet to lick any of my fingers of sweet, sweet chicken juice.
Here are the first 3 days. Not much yet but something weird starts to happen around line 7 or 8. It's like it resonates more than just writing words on paper.
In case you can't read it my mantra this challenge is: I will exercise and eat well to reach my fall goal of 174 pounds.
