I'm not really sure about this website... but I'll give it a try. I also (and love the) Lose It app. I have lost 7 pounds so far (started a month ago). My boyfriend and I are dieting together. Happy about that. Happy my diet is working. :-)

    I don't know about the apps you can put on your phone because I don't have one, but I do know that this website has a lot of info. You can track your food, exercise, water, fruits and veggies and whatever else you want. I use all of them and I love them. Search real good. I'm sure you'll find something you like.
