Before I put something into my mouth I need to ask myself these questions:
1.) Am I really hungry or just eating for the sake of eating?
2.) Is what I am going to eat going to benefit my body or just provide me with some momentary satisfaction that I may regret after it is done?
3.) How much do I really need to be satisfied and not stuffed?
I asked myself these questions as my husband and I went to the candy store and I bought nothing
and I survived the night
