My daily routines that have become habit

I workout every morning before work. I don't even think twice about it. After working out, I drink water & eat carrot sticks. I nibble on veggies and/or bean based soups throughout the day, so I never feel like I'm starving. I then eat mostly falafel & hummus in pita bread stuffed w/veggies, or a black bean tostada w/avocado. For snacks, I eat a couple of tablespoons of all natural peanut butter (no sugar added), and oil popped popcorn if I want to munch. I have never felt so satisfied in my life.
