So went back to Zumba this am, it was nice to see a bunch of old friends. Then after showering I went to the pt followed by a walk w/my good buddy. Taking it easy for a couple months on my knee while trying cross training. My pt thinks my running barefoot on the treadmill and running in my vibrams may have contributed to my knee pain. Every time I run over a mile my knee begins to hurt so that is my reasoning for taking a break. I was really bummed at first b/c I wanted to start training for a full marathon :( and it is showing on the scale. So trying different things and trying to stay positive.
