Monday: Trainer 1 hour, Cardio with husband 50 min emoticon

Tuesday: Gym with Jodie 45 min cardio/ Actually did 30 min cardio with Jodie and 30 min cardio with my husband and 15 min in weight training emoticon

Wednesday: 1 hour Family Zumba with my daughter emoticon

Thursday: Trainer 1 hour, Cardio with husband 1 hour emoticon was not feeling well, in a ton of pain from fibroids

Friday: off day (leaving on mini vacation)

Saturday: 30 min cardio in hotel emoticon

Sunday: 30 min cardio in hotel emoticon

Goal is 400 cardio minutes
