right after posting, Dear Jack wanted on the pc
I wasn't hungry yet for my arranged snack
So I decided to walk in place while watching tv.
I flipped channels for almost 10 minutes (while warming up),
then landed on "The Weight of The Nation," a multi-part documentary.
It is GREAT! See it if you have a chance on PBS or HBO.
I had seen parts of several episodes and knew I needed reinforment.
After 15 minutes I had to get another glass of water - making it 10 today!
Still watching the show, I walked ANOTHER 15 minutes then 8 min cool down
That made it 55 total minutes Walking today !
Now I am still not hungry and took the snack off the food log - making only 740 calories today! This is NOT going to be a habit, believe me. But I HOPE it atones for yesterday's calories - almost 3,000 !
