Finally got around to blogging
First, after the ATROCIOUS eating yesterday,
I CLOSELY monitored every single bite today!
Only 880 calories.
YES. Too low. But only for today.
Like a semi-fast.
Breakfast- wheat crackers & chicken salad 330
Lunch - 1/2 plain, baked chicken breast 138
Dinner - rest of chicken breast, raw snap peas 173
Before bedtime snack (planned for in 2 hours)
8 oz yogurt (not Greek tho) & medium apple 140
Only 2 colas. Okay they were 32 oz. But only
4 oz Real CocaCola & rest diet, caffeine-free 100
9 waters
1 unsweetened tea
2 walks - one 10 mins & one 15 mins
I HAVE to get back to a MINIMUM 20 minutes a day

Third, - my tummy is knotting up thinking about it! -
tomorrow I am checking on a job. It is not in programming but is in the IT department - System Support Representative. I know 2 people who work there - our church choir director's wife (less than a year) and a co-worker from when we were at a bank together (for 18 years!)
