This is Day #1 of Paleo/Whole30 challenge, part 2. The food cravings are back, which is unfortunate, as last Thursday (day 10), I felt I had turned the corner on cravings foods that aren't good for me. Today's craving: a bagel. Fortunately, I also craved broccoli and I indulged Oh well. I had tons of broccoli today and it was SOOO good.
Today's exercise was TaeBo. Billy Blanks killed me. At least I'll sleep really well tonight.
