Sooo really quick.
I did pretty good last week. I stayed within my calorie range for the most part. And the only thing I did was eat my own food. I think it really makes me conscience of what I am putting in my mouth.
I did great about crossing stuff off my personal to-do list also.
I slid a bit on the weekend, but all in all, I'd consider last week a success.
I got my hair done on Saturday. I added coppery-red low-lights to my blonde to go for a fall-y look. I don't hate it. It will just take some getting used to. Pictures when I have more time
Come hell or high water. I am going to Zumba in the morning. It has been at least 3 weeks (5:45 is waaaaay too early). But that is the only time I have for working out tomorrow. Today I got caught up running errands so I was running late and missed TRX. Unfortunately, that was about my only fitness time for today. But it will be ok. I will fit in a workout on Friday since my one test got moved.
This week and next week I will be battling "bored study eating" so if you have a second. Spread some reminders/motivation/love for me :)
I am going to stick with my same simple goals as last week (no fast food and be sure to do at least one thing off my personal to-do list each day)
