Yesterday I went out and bought light chocolate silk (soy) which is 90 calories for a cup. Now that it's getting chilly out everyone is wanting hot chocolate and the little guy drinks more strawberry and chocolate milk so I figured since it is 100 calories for 2 Tbsp of Strawberry syrup that was out of the question.
So I got the soy for a somewhat healthier treat.
At least that way when my sweet tooth strikes I don't feel as guilty to giving in.
Plus 3 Cinnamon disk candy's are 60 calories. With Halloween coming around all you hear and see is candy. I'm already having a hard time staying away from the chocolate. 3 of those candy's are all I need to satisfy my candy hunger. I know not the greatest for being on a diet but if I don't allow myself some kind of treat I have a hard time sticking to my diet. Plus it is a lot less calories than the other candy bars. One of these days I will fit in my old close and it will be sooner than later. All I have to do is work on my will power and
