Hello my fellow Sparklers! It's been a slow Monday to say the least. I worked out yeah, but my head was just not in it & I think it was because I gained a pound, I now weigh 214lbs., why am I gaining weight and not losing? I know that I just have to be patient, remain consistent with my exercise regimen and the weight will just fall off, right? I so want to believe that & be positive but can I? I'm going to be like the Nike and JUST DO IT! I will achieve mini goals until I reach beyond my ultimate goal...now that sounds about right!
So, this week I will change my eating habits & instead of eating sweets, I will eat fruit & drink 8 to 10 cups of water every day! Thanks for listening, until next time, peace out SparkPeople!
