My birthday was Saturday, and since I'm on this restrictive diet, there was no cake or sweets, or drinks. I had a good time getting my BF and Mom drunk, but then I decided that it was my birthday and for 14 straight days I had been ridiculously good at sticking to my foods, so I had a gluten free marble cheese cake and a indulgence brownie (all organic). It was so worth it.
But now, all my thoughts revolve around sweets and that cheese cake and cookies!!! I'm obsessed. I've decided that it must be a trigger food since I hadn't had any thoughts of straying but now it's a constant.
I haven't fell off the wagon, but how do you stop the obsessing!?
