Three more pounds are gone. It seems to be a trend for me. I have lost three pounds every week for the last three weeks since I've joined. 9lbs. in total.

    @BDYNAMIC I walk a minimal of one hour every-other day for a total of three times a week, and I do strength training the days I am not walking for 30 minutes two days a week. I walk to the store for those little thing I may need in the home instead of the norm of starting up the car to drive five blocks. That way I log more miles for cardio and CALORIES BURNED I also saved some gas, I have stuck to the menu Sparkpeople lay out for me. I deviate from it slightly but not much. I even allow myself a cheat day. I don't recommend this for everyone My first week I had ribs. My second week fried fish and jumbo shrimp, but I bust my butt the next day after these cheats. I make it a point to get eight hours of sleep. Your body loses weight while you sleep, but it only kicks in after six hours of continues sleep, so if your getting only five or six hours of sleep this process hasn't kicked in yet.
