shoot it has been a week since I blogged I can not believe it. Things have generally been fine here, I have not fallen off of the dieting band wagon.

Although I only lost like .2 lb or something on my sparkpeople weigh in day. Today was my weigh in day for a small group i belong to, and I was down 2lbs. I am pretty pleased with myself. Maybe I have finally jumped over this hurdle of being stuck at/around 165. today i was 163.2. I have been down here once before, then back up again but today and yesterday are the first days i have been all the way back down again.

my goals are still

drink 8 glasses of water
weigh 160
exercise daily


I drink tons of water. Most days I just put 8 glasses down and don't totally count, because I drink soo much. I am pretty sure I am one big glass (16oz) away from meeting it today.

I am getting closer to 160. I would have to look back to when i hit 165 to see how long I have been trying to get there. I kind of think I should have already been there, but I have been stuck.

exercise daily. I am doing better at this. I do sometimes miss a day here or there, but overall it is improving.



On other things. I have started seperating all snacks into baggies. I did it first for me and the candy corn. I did this to keep me from eating it all in one sitting. Then i decided to do the animal crackers for the boys, to keep the three of them from eating them in one sitting. and then I just went on and did all of the snacks in the house. I really love it. My snacks for the kids seem to last longer. (when it comes t othings like animal snacks i always just counted out how many I am allowed to have)

Well I got to go and do homework with the kiddo's. We have soccer games to go to.
