It is a new week. I had a highly productive weekend, and lots of good times with friends and family.
Last night I got everything set for myself to do that boot camp video I skipped on Friday. But, I didn't go to bed til 1215 and woke up at like 230 for no reason. So, when the alarm went off at 615 I hit snooze and set my phone aside. But then I thought to myself
If I don't change this, nothing is going to change.
So I got up, got my workout clothes on, booted up the video and did 20 minutes of decent cardio workout. I was a little nervous about a couple of things because I live on the 2nd floor and it was fairly early, but I don't think it bothered my neighbor. I'll ask her if I see her this week.
Also, I brought a bottle of water to work and have already drunk 2 cups worth of water for the day!! So, I'd say I'm off to a pretty stinking good start!!
